Questions
Do I need a bank card to start?
No. You only need an email address. The 14-day trial is free, and nothing is charged automatically when it ends.
What happens after the 14 days?
Choose a monthly or yearly plan to keep your website online. For now plans are paid by bank transfer. If you don't continue, your website is taken offline and later deleted; we email you before that happens.
Can people see my website during the trial?
Yes. When you publish, your website is live at your address straight away, with a small “Made with Kulu Online” line at the bottom.
How does the AI writing work?
You describe your organisation in a few sentences, and the AI writes the wording of every page from that. It doesn't invent prices, names or opening hours: anything it doesn't know is left for you to fill in. It writes your first draft once; after that the website is yours to edit.
Can I use my own domain, like mybusiness.com?
Not yet. Every website gets a free address ending in .kuluonline.com. Using your own domain is planned.
Do I need to know how to build websites?
No. You change words by clicking on them, move sections by dragging, and add photos from your phone or computer. Everything is saved as a draft until you press Publish.
